Shipping Details~We will contact you if your order cannot be delivered within 5-7 days to give you the option of cancelling. A full refund will be provided if payment has already been made.

The only exception to this is with our Sheffield silver plated cutlery. These sets are generally made to order and take around 4-7 weeks to be manufactured.

Standard delivery charges are in place for most of Europe. If your country is not listed then please call or email us for an individual shipping quotation.

A standard shipping charge of £50 is applied to all orders from the USA and Australia although additional charges may be incurred for large orders. We will contact you and confirm these costs before proceeding.
