Shipping Costs & TimesWe will confirm the stock position when you place the order by a second email from us giving you the choice to cancel if your requirement cannot delivered within 5-7 days. Much of the cutlery on these pages is produced to order and takes between 1-7 weeks depending on supply and demand. If an item is available for immediate dispatch it will be clearly stated and it will be dispatched on a next day service where orders are received by our system in Sheffield before 1:00pm (except Saturday & Sunday).
Crystal & Glass often come direct from the factory and if available will usually be within 2-3 days.

Many items are dispatched using Interlink for delivery the following day before 3.00pm this is our normal delivery service.
Saturday delivery must be selected if next day delivery is required on an order for an in stock item placed on Friday otherwise a Monday delivery will be arranged.
